Just finished typing out the last two papers for my classes. Still have a bit of editing to do but it feels good to get over 4000 words done

Last week was a bombshell for the Alabama Crimson Tide. That all changed when Baylor kicked to crap outta Kansas State, and Stanford took out the Ducks. Now just gotta send a Trojan Horse into Irish country and take them out. Alabama takes out the Auburn Tigers.
Making Alabama #1 Georgia #2 BCS again belongs to south.. I LOVE IT!!
I love college football!! hahaha.. SEC!!

I have been to Tuscaloosa and then, Legion Field, many times for games and had the thrill of meeting Bear Bryant in the late 80's. I have seen the "Shrines" people have built in their houses for Alabama and Auburn. It is amazing. So passionate. College Football is so much better than the NFL. That in it's self is something to be thankful for. Crazy day yesterday Huh?

I never would have believed Baylor would beat Kansas State I had them already won. Boy was I ever wrong lol.. Just goes to show you it dont matter who the team is you never know whats going to happen. That is why I havent tooted my horn yet against Auburn. They may have a losing season, but that dont matter when it comes to the Ironbowl. Wierd things happen in this game. Im not counting Auburn out yet until the game is over.. That is why I love it. I am a Alabama fan and I will back my boys up. I have learned to never underestimate the underdogs. Kansas State is licking there wounds and so did Alabama agaisnt Texas AM.. You never know now adays its amazing..

Nothing to do with football, but something to do with college. My college freshman made it home on his birthday, the 20th, and is home until tomorrow!!!!!! It is great having him here. Of course, with him comes many of the friends. My living room has been packed with teens since Tuesday night.
He goes back tomorrow, but in three short weeks will be back for Christmas break. Yay!!!!!!

Yay!!!!!! I totally feel ya! LOL! Our college Sophomore was home waiting for me Tuesday night after my husband picked me up from the airport from L.A.! I was SO HAPPY to see him! And our high school Sophomore, too. Don't get me wrong. Anyway, yeah, I'm living it too, OC.... teenagers here every day! Last night, I didn't feel good and was tying to sleep. Finally, at midnight, I had to holler down from the top of the stairs for them to try to shut it a bit! LOL! I love them, and they know it. But this girl needed it quiet for a change. Usually, I'm up hanging out in the kitchen, not with them, but around. They are great kids. But yeah, I crashed from this proverbial hysteria CASTLE high I had been on. I still feel the intoxication, but trying to strike a balance with real life. It's tough. lol.... Glad you are enjoying your son! I found our son's first year of being away at college to be very difficult for me last year. It was the separation. I cried a lot.

I went to a holiday reception at the White House, and Gina Torres was there. Oh, so were the President and First Lady.
