Before you all fly off for LA, I wanted to wish you safe travels and endless, once-in-a-lifetime memories. I'm sure I'm not alone wishing I would be there, and we're relying on you all to help us live vicariously through your experience.
If you're still soliciting questions to ask, I'd be interested in any information related to Kate's lack of an I love you to Castle. Why hasn't she said it? Has she said it, and we just didn't get to hear it? Will she say it? Is it being held back for some reason? Why didn't she say it in May?
You get the idea. Anything.
So have fun, enjoy every Castle-ious moment, and don't forget to share every minute detail and picture with those of us back here!

Thanks to all of you for the well wishes! Last night kat and I talked on the phone for nearly an hour and I was so fired up afterwards that I couldn't sleep for a good long while! I'm making my lists today and picking up last minute stuff, trying to keep the butterflies in my stomach at bay. I've never done anything even remotely like this in my life and it's truly going to be one heck of an adventure. Coming from my little town in rural Wisconsin, I feel like a hick from the sticks going to LA - not quite the Beverly Hillbillies, but close Thankfully, I'll have wonderful friends to share the experience with both out there and in spirit back here at the 12th. Wish you all could be there! |

I will put up a tweet as soon as we get to the hotel. We are in San Diego for a few days. We will head up Friday morning.

I just found out there is a Castle Fan group that is planning a tour by public transportation to sights around the LA area that were used for filming. I am going to try and connect with them and pass the information on to others. I might just drive and not go green. It all depends how my back is doing by Friday. Hopefully I can tweet lots of cool pictures from various locations.

So not fair!! They are doing the location shoot today not tomorrow.
They are shooting at Windsor Square 544 Mateo St 7:00am to 7:00pm
Then they go over to 830 S. Broadway from 7:00pm to 4:00 am.
If I wasn't 2 hrs away I would drive up. They are saying rain will start later today. Maybe they will have to wait and shoot the rest on Monday after the rain leaves? We can hope right?
If any of you are up in LA today try and get over to see this it should be fun.

Wow - into the wee hours, ok. Yes, when I talked to iCastkett last night, she said if she wasn't too tired, she thought she MAY try to go catch them shooting. I haven't heard from her, so I am 1.) hoping all is well, and 2.) thinking she may have done just that. Ya only live once, ya know, and when in L.A., go for it! I hope she did! She had a delay in Detroit today. Made me wish I was flying out today, as I could've made the ride out there with her. I am only an hour from the Detroit airport. At any rate, yes, we can hope for on location Monday! I'll see you VERY soon, Tycho! |
